The fine print — in plain English
- A standard installation fee covers the wireless CPE, mounting, cabling up to 20 m and a Wi-Fi router. Custom installations are quoted.
- Speeds are best-effort against the advertised line speed. Fibre speeds depend on the underlying fibre network operator.
- A Fair Use Policy applies to protect the network from abuse. We’ll always contact you before any action.
- Month-to-month. One calendar month’s notice to cancel. No early-termination penalties on home packages.
