These Terms govern the supply of internet, VoIP and related services by ÆTHERNET (Pty) Ltd (“AETHERNET”) to its clients.

Services

AETHERNET will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the services described in the relevant order or quotation. Speeds are best-effort against the advertised line speed, subject to network conditions and the Fair Use Policy.

Home services are month-to-month and may be cancelled on one calendar month’s written notice. Business services follow the term agreed in the relevant order or SLA.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AETHERNET’s liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the affected service in the month in which the incident arose.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
